Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your function.
To provide you with quality service, we require that all food and beverage orders and specific requirements be received a minimum of 3 business days before your event. 7 days' notice is needed for large receptions, dinners and custom orders. Orders placed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be based on product and staff availability. All food and beverage charges are subject to applicable taxes.
To ensure the success of your event, please note the following regarding guarantees:
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions that may arise during the planning of your event. Please be sure to notify the Catering team member when you are booking your catering/event order. Dietary restrictions are due at the time of the final guarantee. Depending on the number and nature of these restrictions, additional charges may apply for dietary restrictions that require meals to be brought in (ie. Kosher items). Our kitchen is not a nut-free or Gluten Free environment, while we will take reasonable precautions note that our there is no guarantee that any products will be nut or gluten free.
Cancellations must be received at least three business days prior to the event to avoid a cancelation fee of 50% of all anticipated charges. Cancelations received 24 hours before the function may be subject to a cancelation fee of 100% of all anticipated charges.
Menu minimums are specified throughout the menu. Please call our office to discuss options for smaller events under the noted minimum.

In accordance with Food Safety Regulations, no food may be removed from your event. Take home containers will not be provided.
All prices quoted include sustainable service ware. (Plates, flatware, cups etc.) which will be collected after your function. As we strive to maintain a sustainable service, we do offer disposable plates upon request. For events under 100 attendees, china will be provided by UTM at no cost to catering users. Events over 100 attendees, will require china rentals for a fee. Additional linen beyond what is required for buffet tables is available for an additional fee, please inquire with the Dana Hospitality Catering Manager.
Deliveries do not include service staff; we would be pleased to provide you with our professionally trained service staff for your event at a rate of $35.00/hour per server (min. 3 hours per server). Catering chefs are available for a charge of $40.00 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours. Please note that for certain menu items or large orders that require service staff to stay on site these costs are built into the menu items (ie. Carving Station). The Dana Hospitality Catering team member will work with you to assess your order and inform you if charges will apply to keep service staff on site during your event.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the delivery destination, and that enough space is available for the setup of delivery orders. If you are unsure of your space requirements, please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you.
